Job Title:
Electrical Design Specialist (Creo)


Type of Position:
6-month contract position with potential for extension to direct hire.


Candidate Requirements:
This role is open to US Citizens or Permanent Residents only. Candidates on specific visas are not eligible. Corp-to-corp arrangements are not accepted.


Job Location:
Sterling Heights, MI (on site role).


Compensation:
$47.30/hr with overtime pay rate applicable.

Overview:
HRU Technical Resources is partnering with a defense contractor to hire an Electrical Design Specialist in Sterling Heights, MI.

Job Description:

• Design and draft electrical and mechanical aspects of equipment.
• Design wiring harness integration using schematic diagrams.
• Create CAD models and drawings of electrical components.
• Work within the data management system.

Skills, Experience, Education Required:

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED.
• 4+ years experience or relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering tools.
• Experience with Creo CAD modeling.
• Understanding of Creo / Pro E and specific standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Skills, Experience, Education Preferred:

• Proficiency in Creo Pro-Cable.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work Environment:

• 1st shift role with a 9/80 schedule.
• Overtime may be required.
• Conditional on drug and background checks.
