The Tillys Experience

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Our ideal candidate is a charismatic individuals with a passion for retail and a talent for building rapport with people from all walks of life. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the Tillys Experience by providing personalized service to every customer
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience

Requirements:

Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
