    Life Insurance Sales Representative

    Job Description:

    The Symmetry Financial Group is seeking a driven and compassionate individual to serve as a fully remote Life Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, ensuring they are protected during life's toughest moments.

    This role requires a strong work ethic, discipline, and a willingness to learn and grow. We are looking for individuals with a long-term entrepreneurial mindset who are eager to build a successful career and make a positive impact on their clients' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting: Utilize our system and CRM to generate leads and engage with potential customers, aiming to schedule at least 10 appointments per week.
    • Relationship Development: Foster close relationships with prospects, closing sales and promoting customer retention by identifying their life and health insurance needs.
    • Target Achievement: Set and meet personal activity and results goals, demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for success.
    • Progress Tracking: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment to receive coaching and improve performance.
    • Career Advancement: Enjoy opportunities for growth, training, and development, with the potential to build your own team and become an agency owner.

    Requirements:

    • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching.
    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
    • Advanced selling, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
    • Unwavering drive to understand and meet customer needs.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt.
