    Client Relationship Manager

    Summary:

    Terra Green Precision Landscapes is a full-service landscape company seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in account management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop Strong Relationships: Foster trust with clients through frequent communication, mutual understanding, and meeting their needs.
    • Ensure High Client Satisfaction: Consistently communicate and follow up to ensure timely solutions and quality services.
    • Manage Maintenance Contracts: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely solutions, satisfaction, and quality services.
    • Identify and Address Needs: Proactively identify client needs and concerns, addressing them promptly.
    • Manage Contract Renewals: Negotiate contract renewals and ensure smooth transitions.
    • Conduct Site Visits: Conduct property inspections, client meetings, and site visits to ensure our maintenance operations meet our commitment to innovative solutions and safe work practices.
    • Develop Enhancement Proposals: Identify opportunities for enhancement proposals for portfolio clients.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Landscaping or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in landscaping, horticulture, or a related discipline.
    • Strong Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Previous Account Management Experience: Previous experience in account management preferred.
    • Landscaping and Horticultural Knowledge: Training and previous experience in landscaping and horticultural practices.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and valid driver's license.
