Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $55-65/hour
• Location: Tempe, AZ
• Assignment Duration: 6 months+
• Work Scheduled: M-F / 8AM-4:30PM
• Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform pipe stress analysis
• Specifying applicable pipe support details
• Adjudicating all QA comments
• Performing QA of the 3D model confirming the final design matches the stress analysis and pipe support selection
• Developing any new attachment hardware (pipe support) details, its corresponding allowable load table, and QA the 3D attachment hardware block in the 3D piping deliverable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years' experience as a Piping or Pipe Stress Engineer
• Proficient with AutoPIPE or Caesar
• Experience with plastic piping systems is a plus
