- Spearheading strategic initiatives to advance WLK's mission of empowering women.
- Leading fundraising efforts and cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and personnel supervision.
- Developing and evaluating programs to meet the evolving needs of WLK's community.
- Serving as the primary liaison between WLK and its Board of Directors, Advisory Committee, and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of three years of senior-level nonprofit leadership experience with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to WLK's values of diversity, inclusion, and empowerment.
- Membership in related community or industry groups is desirable.
