Description

Develop and deploy embedded control systems, components, and software based on engineering principles and involvement.
Responsible for project success whether project leader or as part of a project team.
Interpret specifications and perform technical calculations supporting design decisions.
Work in a small team extending and enhancing our agricultural PLC and sensing platform.
Design IIoT technologies for food productionCreate and finalize circuit and software designs to meet project requirements.
Create customer documentation such as user manuals, programming diagrams, network diagrams, and electrical drawings.
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Coordinate certification of electronic components according to industry requirements.


Requirements:
Proficient with C/C++ development tools.
Proficient with circuit design software tools and processes.

Strong fundamental knowledge of embedded system design and its application in automated industrial designs including specification of vision, power, sensor, inspection, and communications systems.

Experience with firmware development.
Strong knowledge of deterministic, realtime, and mission critical systems architecture.
Experience with sensing and communication protocolsEfficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals.

Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to work independently and in teamProactive, resourceful & highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in high output environment.

Ability to balance multiple projects.
