PRNPalliative Medicine Physician

to join our team located in Reading, PA to provide exceptional care to the patients in our community.

What were seeking:
MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship
BC/BE Hospice/Palliative Medicine
Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
