- Provide in-house coverage and comprehensive management for obstetric patients including labor and delivery, obstetric emergencies, and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Access to a Level III NICU on-site.
- Rotating schedule - 12-hour shifts; 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
- Shifts involve hours of direct patient care such as rounding, entering orders, triaging maternal patients, attending deliveries, managing unassigned OB patients, covering emergency GYN patients, and educating residents.
- Work alongside OB hospitalist physicians and experienced labor & delivery RNs.
