- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $60,000 DOE
- 100% paid employee health benefits
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Review and send invoices.
- Sales Tax review for accuracy and make payments.
- Bank Deposits and Positive Pay for Bank.
- Reconciliation of cash drawer, checking account and Line of Credit.
- Reconciliation of credit card statements.
- Obtain Certificates of Insurance when needed.
- Review and/or produce Tax Exemption Forms REV-1220 and W9's.
- Handle collections for past due accounts.
- Get payroll to Paychex accurately and timely.
- Handle the 401k entries bi-weekly.
- Track employees PTO.
- Have at minimum basic accounting knowledge along with either formal education or on the job experience.
- Understand and be able to handle Sales Tax for PA and MD.
- Have professional communications skills both verbal and written.
- Have a working knowledge of Excel and be able to create worksheets.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable.
