    Description
    Our Housekeeper-Environmental Service responsibilities include some of the following:

    •Conducts overall cleanliness within the facility and regularly cleans public areas.

    •Dust, vacuum, and clean all offices, hallways, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and client areas.

    •Sanitizes restroom facilities daily including sinks, showers, tubs, and bowls.

    •Refill all soap, towel, and toilet dispensaries regularly.

    •Collect and dispose of all facility trash. Coordinate removal of all hazardous and/or oversized waste.

    •Ensure all patient rooms are clean and sanitized regularly.

    •Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment are in proper working order and secured from client access when not in direct use. Follow all safety precautions while on the unit.

    •Identify maintenance needs while conducting routine work and completed Maintenance Request form for any issue identified.

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience: Prefer some housekeeping/environmental service commercial experience preferably in a healthcare facility
    • Able to interact and communicate professionally with everyone
