This is a temporary contracted position. Client is looking for a Data Analyst with the capability to drive the growth and transformation of its organization through data. The Data Analyst will:

• Create or Enhance Tableau dashboards
• Perform adhoc SQL queries and analyses in Excel and Tableau
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into complex data models
• Maintain and enhance data models to improve system efficiency and performance
• Ensure data quality and integrity in databases
• Document processes and create digital data dictionaries
• Present the results of analysis to stakeholders
• Talk with IT about which system data fields have the correct information for analysis
• Automate data collection, processing and reporting processes

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum of three years of successful data analyst experience using SQL, Tableau, and other data software
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality management
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Business acumen to understand business requirements and ensure that analyses properly answer meaningful questions
• Experience with SQL and Tableau. Knowledge of MS Excel and Access
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with healthcare is a plus
