    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the full retail moments calendar across both local and global initiatives, ensuring high-quality campaign concepts and executions that drive business impact for key ordering occasions.
    • Act as the go-to expert for local merchandising and marketing teams, enabling strong strategies while scaling and implementing key learnings across markets.
    • Define a learning agenda to continuously optimize and refine how we bring retail moments to life across multiple surfaces and customer touchpoints, using data to inform strategies and maximize impact.
    • Craft compelling narratives that differentiate our retail offering, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful storytelling across all marketing channels.
    • Partner closely with product, growth, creative, and sales teams to bring innovative marketing campaigns to life and ensure seamless execution.
    • Leverage insights and trends to define high-impact marketing strategies that anticipate and meet customer demand during peak retail moments.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of marketing or product experience
    • 2+ years of product marketing experience delivering highly successful engagement and acquisition strategies for businesses
    • Bachelor's degree

    Prioritised Qualifications

    • Exceptional project management and organization skills with demonstrated experience running high visibility programs
    • The willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers, and competition
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership
    • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
    • Strong analytical skills - uses data to optimize and inform strategies, create insightful stories, and guide decision making
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones, backgrounds, and functions to push projects to completion
