- Processes all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.
- Follows property control audit standards and cash handling procedures (e.g., blind drops).
- Obtains assigned bank and ensures accuracy of contracted monies, obtaining change required for expected business level, and keeping bank secure at all times.
- Counts bank at end of shift, completes designated cashier reports, resolves any discrepancies, drops off receipts, and secures bank.
- Transports bank to and from assigned workstation.
- Sets up and organizes cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintains cleanliness of workstation at all times.
- Completes opening duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, including bank, and ensuring everything is in working order.
- Follows all company and safety and security policies and procedures; reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintains confidentiality of proprietary information, and protects company assets.
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests' service needs, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speaks with others using clear and professional language, and answers telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, and supports team to reach common goals.
- Ensures adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Enters and locates work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
- Stands, sits, or walks for an extended period of time.
- Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Food Handler's Card - must be state/county-specific (to be obtained within six (6) weeks of hire).

JOB SUMMARY
The Cashier plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to F&B guests, fostering a welcoming environment, and accurately processing transactions in a fast-paced setting.
