    Job Summary and Requirements

    We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU). As a member of our team, you will provide expert care for infants and children with congenital heart defects, working closely with nurses and technicians who have received specialized training in cardiac care.

    • Applicants must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Pedi Cardiac ICU/CVICU acute hospital nursing or Critical Care(ICU) experience
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
    • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
    • Registered Nurse Texas License or Compact State License required
    • Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma

    In addition to your nursing skills, you will need excellent communication and teamwork abilities, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer an extensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a comprehensive retirement plan.

    You will also receive a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for day shifts and up to $20,000 for night shifts, if applicable. Relocation assistance may also be available.
