We are representing one of the largest, most established and respected geotechnical firms in the US.

They are currently looking for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to come in and drive the backlog of projects already in the works for 2024 in both Northern and Southern California.

They are currently dominating multiple markets across the US including Commercial, Industrial, Oil & Gas and Environmental projects.

This opportunity offers amazing potential for an individual to lead the largest and most exciting projects in the US as well as the potential for personal growth with a plan for the chosen candidate to grow into the Department Manager and be a key focus of the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing complex geotechnical projects from cradle to grave.
Providing expert guidance and mentorship to a team of skilled engineers.
Conducting in-depth geotechnical analyses and assessments.
Collaborating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Setting and maintaining the highest standards for geotechnical engineering practices within the organization.

Qualifications:
A Master's or Ph.
D. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
PE license in California
Proven track record mentoring junior staff as well as taking a lead on key projects.
Extensive experience in managing and executing geotechnical projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends.
