    Our International Tax specialists work with our larger corporate clients to assist with International tax compliance and consulting. Most importantly, our tax team strategizes together to help clients achieve their goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee?international tax compliance engagements for clients with?appropriate consideration?of risk, operational, and tax technical issues
    • Research?of?tax legislation and explaining?the impact to international Tax clients?is?required?as part of?your contribution?to tax consulting projects
    • Operate in a?dynamic environment, coach junior staff members,?and share your knowledge and experience with the entire team
    • Coordinate multiple engagement teams schedules and deadlines
    • Manage deadlines and client expectations???
    • Handle billing/WIP management???
    Qualifications:

    • Willingness and ability to learn new concepts with minimal guidance
    • Enthusiasm for coaching and developing team members
    • Tax planning/modeling is preferred
    • Treaty Analysis experience is preferred

    ?

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • CPA or JD required
    • 5+ years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm??
    • Experience with International tax compliance
      • Preparation and review of US International tax compliance forms including forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1116, 1118, , FINCEN 114, 926, 965, 1120-F, 1120-IC-DISC, 8795
    • Experience with Country by Country Reporting
    • Considerable knowledge of foreign tax reporting and international taxation compliance regulations including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits
    • Knowledge & experience with the following:
      • ASC 740
      • earnings and profit calculation and analysis
      • BEAT calculation and analysis
      • 163(j) limitation calculation and analysis
    • Strong external and internal communication required, due to client facing role and importance of strong partnership with internal engagement teams??
    • Understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc. required?
    • Initiative to learn, ask questions, operate in a fast-paced environment, challenge the status quo
    • Develop strong relationships internally, and flexibility are required and keys to success?
