Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Success Representative to act as the office location's receptionist greeting our clients and providing administrative assistance to the firm's partners and staff.This role is a key brand ambassador for the company providing exceptional customer service to all they interact with.
- Greeting and directing clients and visitors by phone, email, or in person.
- Providing administrative support including correspondence, coordinating appointments, scheduling events and luncheons.
