Our locally-owned Sport Clips location at Mall 205 is looking for a Store Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.

Description:

As the Manager, you will build a team and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results through great customer service and brand delivery. The Manager s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. Having manager s experience is suggested but not a requirement. Our structured training program will give you the confidence and coaching to be a successful manager. You ll have endless support from our Area Manager, Technical Training Manager, and (7) other fellow store managers in the Portland Area.

Our Managers typically make +$40/hr including Tips and Bonuses with hourly base pay is $22-$24/hr.

Requirements:

A valid Oregon cosmetology license. You will be on the floor cutting hair

Salon Management, 1 year (preferred) if not, we will train you

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Must possess an industry passion
