    About The Role:
    As a part of the Business Intelligence team, the

    Manager, Data Strategy & Business Intelligence

    will be transformational for the organization's data management, data governance and executive reporting efforts. This person will manage the entirety of Sterling's data with the objective of establishing a single coherent system, lead creation of key executive dashboards for the C-Suite, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders throughout the

    organization.

    This Is What You'll Do:

    Develop and Implement Data Strategy:
    Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals. This includes identifying key data sources, establishing governance frameworks, and defining data quality standards.

    Drive Business Insights & Analytics:
    Spearhead the analysis of large datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends. Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders across all levels.

    Build & Manage Data Infrastructure:
    Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, warehouses, and other infrastructure components to ensure data accessibility and integrity.

    Foster Data-Driven Culture:
    Champion a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting data literacy, collaboration, and decision-making based on evidence. Train and mentor business users on effective data utilization.

    Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    Monitor emerging data technologies and trends, proactively evaluating and implementing new solutions to optimize data management and analysis capabilities.

    IT Partner:
    Partner with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data initiatives across the organization.

    This Is What We're Looking For:
    Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance or Computer Science with at least 6 years of relevant experience
    Hands-on experience managing/ leading projects using large amounts of data and application of advanced predictive

    analytics
    Experience and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI.
    Advanced proficiency in SQL and Alteryx
    Be data-driven, outcome-focused and fast learner
    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
