- Responsible for the daily presentation and monitoring of our vehicles on the sales lot
- Washing and cleaning vehicles for delivery to new owners
- Daily monitoring of cleaning stock and cataloging of new vehicle arrivals
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Additional dealership duties may be assigned
- Move cars as directed by the sales managers and following dealership display standards
- Keep vehicles cleaned, including removing snow and other debris as necessary
- Assure vehicles are properly secured
- Represent the business well by maintaining a professional appearance and demonstrating sound courtesy and respect to both the customer and the customer's vehicle
- Prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by managers
- You are self-driven and eager to build a career in the automotive industry
- You make every customer feel as they are the most important customer of the day
- You have exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills that result in a superior customer experience
- Meeting or exceeding productivity and service standards is a priority
