    FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
    Lead the execution of Marketing Campaigns and initiatives, proactively ensuring they are completed in a timely and effective manner
    Leverage email, social media, content syndication and tradeshows to drive Marketing Campaigns.
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
    Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Marketing Campaigns are aligned with business goals and objectives
    Monitor campaign tracking and analytics to ensure Marketing Campaigns are performing according to expectations

    Manage tradeshow booth and attend tradeshows and conferences ensuring alignment with campaigns: Including booth logistics, set up, shipping coordination, and ensuring alignment with campaigns.

    Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for direct and partner camapigns
    Perform market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
    Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

    POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

    Education
    Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    Experience
    3+ Years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field
    Proven experience in B-to-B Demand Generation, preferably in the technology industry.
    Experience with HubSpot is a must. Experience with ZoomInfo is a plus.
    Solid understanding of marketing principles, marketing analytics and best practices.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
    Skills/Abilities
    Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to creatively 'get things done' in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Sales Reps and Partner Organizations.
    Solid Project Management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in HubSpot marketing analytics and reporting tools.
    Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign tactics.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills
    Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    Detail-oriented and highly organized
