Job summary

Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting.
Boulder Care is looking for individuals who reside in one of the following states: AK, AZ, CO, FL , ID , KS , MD , NC , NH , NM , NV NY OH OR WA WY . They need to have at least one year of experience in an independent outpatient setting where they regularly prescribed buprenorphine-based medications as a core part of their daily practice
  • Reside in one of the following states : AK AZ CO FL ID KS MD NC NH NM NV NY OH OR WA WY
  • Have active NP license and reside in mentioned above states
  • Have at least 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphin based meds < ul >< li > Strong patient centered practice and ability to work autonomously
