    We are currently searching for a Director in our Personal Property Tax division to join our Atlanta Office (Hybrid work available).

    You will drive efficiency initiatives to contribute to margin improvement, expand and strengthen our brand in the market; and drive a high-performance environment.

    Maintain the book of business and increase revenue through scope expansion and cross selling into other tax offerings
    Perform regular check-in meetings with clients and demonstrate to managers and consultants how to drive scope expansion and cross selling opportunities through partnership
    Contribute to thought leadership, networking opportunities, speaking opportunities, webinars, and social media to build self-brand and Altus brand
    Take ownership of campaigns and initiatives in your local market or expertise and drive timely execution
    Lead by example with full adoption of processes, technology and standards for consistency and improvement across tax
    Help team members understand the business purpose and how to manage through the process with positivity
    Closely monitor case status for high accuracy in forecasting, timely adjusting for material wins or misses. Bachelor's degree
    Minimum 7+ years' experience in similar role (Property Tax)
    Previous real property tax consulting experience
    Excellent project management abilities with experience supervising others and extensive service line knowledge in a consultant/senior analyst capacity
    Strong writing, and communication skills
    Intermediate Microsoft office skills
