    Our Client, is looking for a AP/AR Specialist

    Responsibilities of AP Specialist:
    • Tracking all payments and expenditures, including invoices and statements
    • Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries
    • Doing 3 way match
    • Process check run in Peachtree.
    • Create an excel spreadsheet for electronic checks and email them.
    • Create credit card authorization forms and email them to vendors
    Requirements of AP Specialist:
    • Prior AP/AR experience or wanting to go into field
    • Positive mindset
    • Basic excel skills
    • Plus if you have SAGE experience
    • Team Player
