    Bonus Potential Job Details The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the hands-on oversight of a maintenance team that safely and efficiently supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

    The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning, and overseeing day to day maintenance work, performing a variety of responsible duties related to the supervision of maintenance activities, as well as train, supervise, and evaluate the work of employees.

    This is a highly collaborative position and requires strong organizational, planning, follow-up, and communication skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Ability to identify, modify, adjust, and repair mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts and equipment.

    · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or diagrams including blueprints, schematics, and mechanical renditions. · Ability to utilize a variety of power tools, hand tools, gauging and measuring equipment safely and correctly.

    · Thorough understanding and demonstrated ability to improve equipment reliability to minimize downtime, improve efficiencies, and produce a high-quality product to specification in a safe and efficient manner.

    · Participate in purchasing maintenance materials and outside technical services in accordance with established company protocol and procedures. · Assist in the establishment and implementation of systematic preventative maintenance program with the Maintenance and Reliability Manager. · Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns. Provide corrective actions to improve reliability and performance. · Monitor parts requests to ensure adequate inventory and cost efficiencies are being met according to departmental budget. · Lead Maintenance related CI (continuous improvement) tasks reporting back to management with status updates.

    · Facilitate selection of appropriate resources (contractors, suppliers, etc.) to minimize costs and assure on time and on budget completion.
