The Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing a team providing management with high-quality, detailed and highly complex analyses to help management understand trends, identify key performance indicators ("KPI's") and support decision-making to better drive business results.

This role will also compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts of data developed to help analyze and illustrate forecasts and business trends.

Job Duties:
Oversees a team responsible for planning and forecasting cycles including annual plans, quarterly forecast, as well as periodic financial reviews and updates to senior leaders
Oversees the analysis of commercial and business performance and develop recommendations for improvements in revenue growth or resource allocation, as well as strategic investments
Oversees the development of the financial communication plan and oversees the execution of the communication of financial results to management, providing effective access to information for business leaders
Oversees the support of cross-functional business partners with highly complex analysis, reporting, and collaboration in driving sound business decisions in line with company targets and goals
Works with accounting and business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial results are reported to the business and external customers
Respond to highly complex companywide ad-hoc requests for customized data/reports in a timely & flexible manner
Selects, develops and directs a team of financial professionals to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Acts as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, collaborating with other finance functions to drive improvements and enhancements across the finance function through systems and processes
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements


Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or in a related field preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 10-12 years working with financial analysis, including business planning, budget variance analysis, and interacting with operational groups.
Minimum 2-3 years providing management to a team
Software and SaaS company experience is strongly preferred
Adaptive experience highly desired
