    The OpportunityReporting to the National Marketing Manager
    • Brand, you will lead the digital marketing objectives across Aveo, setting in place a digital strategy, through paid and unpaid media channels, to drive customer enquiries and the generation of sales leads.
    You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Aveo's digital marketing efforts are within budget, industry-leading and aligned with business objectives.

    Lead and manage direct reports, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and excellence, while proactively seeking opportunities for personal and team growth.

    What you'll bringMinimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing management positionBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field (highly desirable)Demonstrated knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics,CMS, email marketing, Microsoft365 CRM and social media platformsDeep specialist understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journey strategies and nurture marketing principlesAbility to manage tasks effectively whilst leading and nurturing a small team of Digital MarketersDemonstrated ability to manage digital projects, identify focus areas based on data & analytics, be results driven and be able articulate the effect on business resultsAbility to develop strong working relationships across all divisions and departments within the groupExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWho we areAs a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
