Responsibilities
- Authority management, Xinzhuang Industrial Park
- Support the regional Public and Government Affairs team to foster relations with the relevant municipal and district governmental departments and authorities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services includes but not limited to travel service, insurance management,
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that office administration policies, programmes, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs
- Select, manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (for example,cleaning or maintenance contractors or equipment vendors) to ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service
Maintenance
