    45 Minutes to Portland, Oregon - Primary Care

    Outpatient only

    $275,000 base salary plus comprehensive benefits package

    High retention rate

    4.5 days per week, when you're a partner option to work 4-Day week.

    $450,000 - $500,000 realistic potential when you become a partner

    Onsite imaging and lab
