Leading planning coordination tailoring drafting Acquisition Strategy Project Management Plan project Statement Work Breakdown Schedule Integrated Master Plan Integrated Master Schedule Independent Government Cost Estimate
Serving as primary point contact along with Government COR with each project performer
- Maintaining complete awareness project statuses risks across portfolio ensure issues challenges anticipated escalated effectively communicated Project Lead COR necessary
- Owning project-level Risk Issue Opportunity Management including planning identification analysis control monitoring across life cycle
