    Welcome to Belmont Lavan Ltd, a global leader in technology solutions We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager with expertise in demand forecasting to join our dynamic team.

    As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced demand forecasting models and algorithms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and optimize our demand forecasting capabilities.

    This role requires a strong technical background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. The ideal candidate has previous experience in demand forecasting, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of demand forecasting models and algorithms
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the product roadmap
    • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure accurate data collection and model training
    • Analyze and interpret demand forecasts to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of demand forecasting models on an ongoing basis
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in demand forecasting
    • Drive continuous improvement of our demand forecasting capabilities through innovation and optimization

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • 7+ yrs experienced technical product manager who can work with the business in understanding the process. Also should have implementation experiences in Demand forecasting and replenishment - preferably in retail / e-commerce space.
    • Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
    • Previous experience in demand forecasting, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
    • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
