- Lead the development and implementation of demand forecasting models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the product roadmap
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure accurate data collection and model training
- Analyze and interpret demand forecasts to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of demand forecasting models on an ongoing basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in demand forecasting
- Drive continuous improvement of our demand forecasting capabilities through innovation and optimization
- 7+ yrs experienced technical product manager who can work with the business in understanding the process. Also should have implementation experiences in Demand forecasting and replenishment - preferably in retail / e-commerce space.
- Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- Previous experience in demand forecasting, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
