- The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations and reliability aspects to optimize production and product quality. This includes managing personnel and implementing maintenance programs across various departments.
- Lead and manage the Maintenance Department.
- Implement CMMS, TPM, and SMED programs.
- Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production line efficiency and provide improvement recommendations.
- Manage Maintenance Department spending and capital budgets.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager and Plant Scheduler(s) to meet production needs.
- Supervise contractors and project team members.
- Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications.
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing/CI processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with FDA and GMP guidelines.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
