    Job Summary:
    • The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations and reliability aspects to optimize production and product quality. This includes managing personnel and implementing maintenance programs across various departments.

    Job Duties:
    • Lead and manage the Maintenance Department.
    • Implement CMMS, TPM, and SMED programs.
    • Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor production line efficiency and provide improvement recommendations.
    • Manage Maintenance Department spending and capital budgets.
    • Collaborate with Operations Manager and Plant Scheduler(s) to meet production needs.
    • Supervise contractors and project team members.
    • Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred).
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience in food manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing/CI processes.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with FDA and GMP guidelines.
    • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
