We're looking to add a Photographer to our creative team here at The Home Aesthetic.

What we do:

We specialize in photographing and creating videos for real estate brokers, builders, and developers. On any given day, you could photograph a tiny Airbnb, an expansive estate, or a new development mid-construction. There's a lot of independence in the day-to-day with a good deal of driving between shoots, so a love for audiobooks or a solid playlist will go a long way. You'll be working one-on-one with our clients, ensuring we exceed their expectations on every shoot as well as managing the post-production of each shoot. The position is mostly 9 to 5, but that may flex on some days to accommodate a sunrise or sunset shoot.

The ideal candidate works well independently but can collaborate within a team setting on larger projects. Our schedules can be hectic, so flexibility and a willingness to assist team members are musts. Creativity and an eye for composition are a necessity, even if your technical skills need some work.

While not all the homes we photograph are luxurious, we are a luxury brand whose clients mean the world to us. An attitude of service and a willingness to go above and beyond is essential.

You'll primarily be working in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Final Cut. Knowing which does what is a good start; proficiency is better.

Off-camera lighting is a staple in how we create our images. A rudimentary understanding of how it works is necessary.

Starting Pay: $45,000

Requirements: Photography and video experience, reliable transportation.
