    Today, Claremont owns in excess of 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further.

    Claremont is growing and we're looking to add a Sales Coordinator to our team to support our Homewood Suites hotel in Needham, MA.

    This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales with coordinating, selling and setting up meeting spaces and we would love to add you to our team
    Read and analyze group sales forms to gather guest requirements or needs.

    Read and analyze Banquet event order (BEO) / to gather guests' requirements, determine proper set up, buffet, audio/visuals, and timeline, and also give attention to any special guest needs.

    Timely attend all telephone calls using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate telephone etiquette.
    Answer phone, direct to the appropriate person, and/or take messages.
    Assist with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence, i.e. answering mail, confirming banquet arrangements, menus, BEO, FP, memos, etc.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    Prefer experience in Property Management Software's, Delphi Sales and Catering, OnQ Sales and Catering and SalePro software
