- Must be pursuing or have a bachelor/master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Excellent critical thinking skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Preferred experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work is a plus Initiative-taker who can work well on a team
