• Fills in custodian role on an on-call basis
• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
• Maintains a neat and orderly supply closet; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Assists in examining school for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to property manager.
• Performs related tasks as assigned.

Starting rate: $15.64/hr

• Prior custodial experience is preferred.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Ability to continuously stand and walk
• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
