Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, ability to learn new skills, proficient with Microsoft desktop software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers.

Job responsibilities include: Repair ATM components; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on ATM's, assist in 3D printing ATM Components, helping customers as needed. Plus if able to perform, but not necessary, surface mount soldering, ability to read schematics, and circuit board re-work. This position will report directly to the Repair Service Manager.

Requirements

Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM

Phone and Keyboarding skills (minimum of 25 WPM)

Requires excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electronic components

Familiarity and experience with soldering preferred

Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions and procedures

Attention to detail and accuracy

Technical/mechanical/electrical familiarity
