    We Inspect is the world's leading indoor environmental health company. Our focus is to help guide those with complex medical issues back to health through the identification of environmental pathogens in their homes and buildings. We identify sources of mold, mycotoxins, and other indoor environmental pathogens, then create roadmaps for restoration, continued maintenance and proper re-build and design.

    The Internship is open to all eligible college and university students.

    You will...

    • Work closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute new projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving client satisfaction.
    • Participate in the review and streamlining of existing operational processes to increase productivity and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Collaborate with various departments and team members to facilitate communication, gather insights, and ensure the successful execution of projects
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to update the management team on the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives
    • Participate in regular meetings with the Director of Operations to gain insights into operations management and decision-making
    • Gain exposure to client interactions, both internal and external, to understand their needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels

    • Availability to work on-site at our offices in Del Mar in San Diego County, CA 2-3 times a week

    • This is an unpaid, part-time internship with a minimum duration of 3 months

    We Inspect will comply with federal and state mandates regarding COVID-19 vaccinations. We will require employees coming on-site to be vaccinated or in compliance with weekly testing requirements.
