    This is a hybrid position. Looking for local candidates only.
    8 - 5, M-F, flexibility to adjust as needed, global organization so could have to be on early or after hours to be on calls across the globe. Overtime may be required.

    Primary Job Function
    The Specialist Total Rewards is responsible for providing support in overseeing and administering employee total rewards programs. They will partner with the Total Rewards team and HR Partners to assist with the development, implementation and administration of global compensation programs.

    Core Job Responsibilities

    • Performs job evaluations globally and recommends pay grades for new or revised jobs
    • Provides recommendations on various pay actions (promotions, bonus buyouts, Base Salary Adjustments, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate
    • Supports survey submissions for annual and ad hoc salary surveys and utilizes results for the development of salary structures, reorg and equity studies
    • Contributes to the global administration and communication of annual compensation programs (salary planning, short-term incentive plans)
    • Performs special comp projects (acquisitions, re-organizations, job leveling, job hierarchies, government audits, new government-mandated changes, etc.)
    • Provides support with data analytics for large data sets to establish cost and employee impact scenarios which will support program design decisions

    • Reporting Relationship: Total Rewards Director
    Minimum Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources is required.
    • Solid experience with Compensation is required.
    Minimum Experience / Training Required
    • Position requires 5 years of compensation experience, Pharma industry preferred.
    • Non-negotiable for this one is that the candidate must have compensation experience.
    • Must be able to work independently and work well on internal and external teams.
    • Must have excellent analytical and communication skills including written and verbal.
    • Must be self-directed and able to handle large, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
    What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
    1. 5 years of compensation experience, Pharma industry preferred.
    2. Must be able to work independently and work well on internal and external teams.
    3. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Look Ups, Formulas, working with large data sets, not intimidated by large amounts of data
    4. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills including written and verbal.
    5. Must be self-directed and able to handle large, concurrent projects with minimal supervision
