About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Manager with typology experience in healthcare to join our diverse and creative team.
As a Senior Project Architect/Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact while maintaining a positive relationship with the entire project team and supervising the design and technical delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee planning and execution of multiple architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion.
Lead project teams in development of project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Manage day-to-day operations of project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project schedules, budgets, or quality.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, e.g. - building codes, zoning regulations, and FGI requirements.
Mentor junior project managers.
Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture from accredited program.
8+ years of experience required managing architectural projects within healthcare.
Licensed professional in the State of Nevada or carry NCARB certification.
Any additional healthcare certifications such as EDAC certification, WELL accreditation, ACHA certification or others are a plus.
Familiarity with software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365, is highly desirable.
Portfolio of completed healthcare projects that demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
