LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team.

This position will be remote, with the requirement of one monthly visit to the office located in Camden County, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting, preferably with experience in a Big 4 firm, and a strong understanding of manufacturing industry accounting principles.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of financial statements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation preferred.
2+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
Strong understanding of manufacturing industry accounting principles and practices.
Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Compensation:
$90,000- $105,000
