Responsible for understanding and articulating the systems level impacts needed to realize the user story 2. Have strong knowledge of existing system operations including their specifications 3. Responsible for producing new or modified system specifications to be used by developers to realize the user story 4. Document process flows and system context diagrams for complex business scenarios or system interactions 5. Maintain & update wiki with mS documentation including request/response details
