*Some locations may offer a $1 pay differential for the Night Auditor position.

Join Great Wolf as a

Night Auditor

responsible for nightly Front Desk support and ensuring accurate front office accounting records daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with greetings, answering questions, and fulfilling requests
- Registering guests, confirming room requirements, assigning rooms, and managing check-ins
- Verifying credit or collecting cash for room charges
- Guiding guests to their rooms and providing information on resort facilities
- Assisting guests with inquiries about resort services, local attractions, and more
- Maintaining accurate guest records and processing payments
- Handling reservations, including accommodations and other guest services
- Safeguarding guest belongings through coordination with housekeeping
- Conducting nightly reports for management and guest check-out procedures
- Completing Manager on Duty training and assisting with accounting tasks
- Ensuring balance of operating systems each night and resolving discrepancies
- Organizing credit card receipts and financial documents

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in basic math operations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Flexible schedule availability based on business needs
- Prior experience in customer service
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with OPERA system
- Financial transaction reconciliation expertise
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent communication abilities

Physical Demands
- Capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
