    Job Description

    We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator for a 6-month contract opportunity in Denver, CO. This role can work remotely for residents of Colorado. This role will ask for the selected candidate to reside in Colorado due to program regulations and if there is an occasional onsite meeting.

    In this role, you will:
    • Support Windows Servers and Systems
    • Consolidate server/system information from multiple spreadsheets into a single Configuration Management system.
    • Write documentation and perform information gathering and analysis relating to servers and other infrastructure.
    • Consolidate existing documentation
    • Maintain and update system information for mostly windows, with a small amoutn of Linux as well.
    Qualifications
    • Experience with Windows System Administartion
    • Have an excellent command of Excel, Google, or other similar spreadsheet applications.
    • Ability to navigate Windows and Linux servers for the purpose of gathering information about basic configurations such as server names, network addresses, running processes, and others.
    • Ability to physically interact with enterprise-class hardware in a data center setting for the purpose of gathering information about connectivity, access, location, and others.
    • Basic Vmware vCenter skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret the collected data to provide counts, trends, and suggestions.
    • Social skills to interact with users at many levels in order to provide or gather information.
    • Excellent written skills to produce reports.
