Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Specialty Unit RN Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and be able to manage resources effectively.Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, provides nursing leadership for assessing, planning , implementing and evaluating patient care and safety.
- Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.
