    an experienced Dental Practice Manager ready to make a significant impact in a growing luxuriouspractice? We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned professional leader to join our growing team in our new exciting space.

    As the Dental Operations Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless functioning of our dental practice and delivering exceptional patient care to our patients.

    Responsibilities

    Create and maintain a culture focused on high end patientcare
    Demonstrate leadership and inclusively
    Define business objectives
    Partner with our doctor to develop a strong financial plan and execute with the team
    Oversee office financialsand OSHA/HIPPA regulations
    Identify training and coaching opportunities
    Provide operational support to the team and vendors
    Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community
    Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations
    Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth

    Qualifications

    Due to the growth of the office, we need 3-5 years of experience successfully leading dental operations
    Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
    Must possess a strong desire to train and develop team to meet performance standards
    Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
    Experience with Open Dental is preferred
