    Primary Responsibilities
    • Act as a conduit of information, materials and samples to all x-functional teams.
    • SKU Item Set-up and maintenance for all Depts.
    • Maintain product information integrity in various systemic interfaces.
    • Manage all price changes in partnership with Planning and Merch Ops
    • Initiate request, and follow up on packaging, signage and collateral associated with each product.
    • Compile Product Information and Assembly Instructions for all new products.
    • Research, respond and resolve customer requests and service feedback.
    • Participate in proofing process of catalog and web - including naming, copy, dimensions, images, etc.
    • Offer input to product assortment strategy.
    • Gain an understanding of forecasting and participate in financial review meetings.
    • Stay informed on customer trends and what is selling.
    • Gain a complete understanding of our competition and their pricing strategies.
    • Attends & Participates in weekly PD meetings.
    • Compiles and maintains product allocations lists for Galleries
    • Manages Gallery Design Atelier needs (swatches and displays)
    • Facilitates photo sample requests - tracks, receives, logs and totes photo samples
    • Proofs website for copy and sku information integrity and accuracy; submits requests for issue fixes.
    Skills Required

    Job Related Competencies:
    • Knowledge of product design and construction.
    • Knowledge of domestic and offshore suppliers and sources.
    • Knowledge of cost of goods.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High degree of flexibility and initiative.
    • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Self-starting, pro-active and inquisitive - but also comfortable in a feedback-orientated and collaborative environment.
    Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word & Excel).
    Education/Training:
    • Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
    Note | This position is in person, Monday through Friday, and based out of our Home Office located in Corte Madera, California
