    As a Sales Representative, you'll wield your charm and charisma to engage in daring lead generation activities, qualify prospects, and secure contracted freight opportunities. Your mission? To make initial contact with prospects, unleash the power of our company's capabilities and service excellence, and team up with the Account Manager/Site Director to develop bids that strike fear into the hearts of competitors. Together, we'll track our progress until victory is ours

    Once you've successfully converted a prospect into a loyal customer, your account will transition to the Account Manager/Site Director for ongoing management and relationship building. But fear not, your legend will live on as you continue to pave the way for new conquests

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Harness the power of CRM (McLeod) to manage prospects assigned off the 7000 codes and record all relevant activity. With great power comes great responsibility
    • Embark on daring quests to research and identify potential leads using legendary lead generating websites such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and more
    • Maximize revenue and gross profit opportunities with each customer assigned in CRM. Fortune favors the bold
    • Complete a minimum of 40 prospect activities per day, including epic battles via email, phone calls, video meetings (Microsoft Teams), and in-person meetings.
    • Maintain accurate contact lists in CRM and ensure appropriate notations for effective correspondence. Leave no stone unturned
    • Coordinate timely submission of all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and credit requests for new customers. Swift and decisive action is key
    • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager/Site Director to generate and track quotations, with the ultimate goal of closing business. Together, we shall triumph
    • Facilitate a seamless hand-off of customers to the Account Manager/Site Director for ongoing account management and additional contracted freight opportunities. Your legacy will endure

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your words will inspire armies
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The devil is in the details
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Time waits for no one
    • Drive to actively pursue new clients, track business progress, and close deals. Victory is within reach
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Master of the digital realm
    • 1-3 years of work experience preferred. Apprentice to the masters
    • Transportation industry experience preferred. Familiarity with the terrain is a plus
    • High school degree or equivalent preferred. A diploma worthy of a hero
