    Provide L2 Triage Unit Support Includes all Triaging effort in handling Incidents Non Ticketed Support activities UI Online Availability Coordination with InfraBusiness client Project Development team Application Triage Support Respond and Resolve Incidents Working with interfacing applications for resolution Should have the willingness to learn and a basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application Experience in handling Incident Management Ticket Handling Coordination among different Teams Initial analysis on problems coordination with SME on identifying the Root cause Good Communication Skills Flexible to work in any shifts Including Night shifts and weekends
